2019 AFCON preparation: Senegal Lions increase the pace

Senegal national squad, which has been in Alicante (Spain) since Saturday for the second phase of their 2019 Egyp AFCON preparation , is moving up a gear. Coach Aliou Cisse boy did their first training on Saturday afternoon in the form of warm up. The next day, on Sunday, they had two sessions during which they worked on ball conservation, the efficiency in front of goal, body strengthening , and speed. This Monday also the same exercises were renewed with more intensity at the Pinatar Arena Football Center. That will help the group to first pass its first phase test with a friendly match against a local team from Alicante this Tuesday .Captain Cheikhou Kouyate Teammates will resume their training on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon before completing their last training camp in Alicante on Friday morning.
