FSF reward the Beach Soccer and the U20

The Beach Soccer and U20 national squads were rewarded on Wednesday at a trophy presentation and award ceremony held at the Senegalese Football Federation headquarters.Senegal football governing body distributed nearly 50,000,000 CFA , as premiums granted to both teams.
The Beach Soccer Lions won the African Cup of Nations and the Lagos tournament before having an honorable participation in the World Cup where they were ousted by Portugal in the quarter-finals.
As for the U20 national squad, they are finalist of the 2019 CAN 2019 and they lost their World Cup quarter-final to South Korea on penalties.They won the West African Union Football Association (WAFU) Zone A tournament on Saturday in Guinea.
The President of the Senegalese Football Federation Mr Augustin Senghor could not hide his satisfacrtion with those good results.He encouraged players to keep on working hard to get more trophies in thee tournaments to come
