Sadio Mané named African Footballer of the Year
Sadio Mané grabbed Unsurprisingly,his first African Footballer of the Year Award today during a prestigious ceremony held in Hurghada in Egypt . Cameroonian star Samuel Eto’o and Egyptian journalist Mariam Amin were the masters of ceremony.
After having ranking fourth in the FIFA Ballon d’Or l 2019 won by Lionel Messi, the Senegal’s star Sadio Mané finally lifted the treasure ons Tuesday evening in Hurghada, Egypt. He succeeds his Liverpool teammate Egyptian Mohamed Salah.
Sadio Mané who who won the Champions League, the European Super Cup and recently the FIFA Club World Cup in Qatar with the Liverpool Reds, is also a finalist in the last AFCON in Egypt with Senegal Lions. What could be better in terms of collective performance!
